Private Practice Information

Quick Care Today is a privately owned and operated medical practice offering appointment-based care for minor illnesses, injuries, and routine health concerns.

• All office visits are generally self-pay, with cash and credit/debit cards accepted.
• Payment is due at the time of service, subject to applicable laws and insurance requirements.
• We do not routinely bill insurance for office visits.
• Eligible laboratory testing may be billed separately through participating laboratory providers. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed, and additional laboratory charges may apply.

Medicare & Medicaid Patients

Patients with Medicare or Medicaid are welcome to contact our office to discuss available care options.

Patients who voluntarily wish to pay out of pocket may be eligible for self-pay services when permitted by applicable federal and New York State regulations.

Certain services may require specific agreements, documentation, or alternative billing arrangements. Not all appointments or services are eligible for private payment.

Please contact our office before booking if you have Medicare or Medicaid coverage so we can review the applicable payment requirements.

• We welcome patients ages 3 and older.
• Children under age 3 may be evaluated at the discretion of our licensed medical providers and require approval before booking.

All medical evaluations, treatments, and referrals are subject to provider assessment and clinical judgment.

Quick Care Today reserves the right to decline or discontinue non-emergency services when legally permitted, consistent with patient rights, nondiscrimination requirements, and applicable professional obligations.

Patients requiring services beyond our practice's capabilities may be referred to an appropriate healthcare facility.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, and verbal or physical abuse toward staff, providers, or other patients.

Patients will be informed of applicable office visit charges before receiving services. Additional testing or services may involve separate charges.

Good Faith Estimates will be provided to uninsured or self-pay patients when required by federal law.

Patient information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Quick Care Today is not an emergency department and does not provide emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our private practice policies, payment requirements, patient conduct expectations, and service limitations.

Any additional consent or payment agreement required by law must be completed separately before receiving applicable services.
